Engr. Ik Cyril is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Marfaq Solutions. With more than two decades in engineering, operations and programme delivery, he has guided organisations across Europe, the Americas, the Middle East, Africa and Asia through bids, digital transformation, ESG initiatives and ISO system implementations.
Since co-founding Marfaq Solutions in 2009, Ik has grown the firm from a specialist start-up into a global advisory and delivery partner recognised for structured execution, audit-ready evidence and measurable results. His leadership combines technical rigour with a client-first mindset, building teams that deliver on time, on budget and to international standards.
