Biography
Deborah John is the Chief Operating Officer at Marfaq Solutions, responsible for day-to-day operations and the delivery of multi-region programmes. With more than twenty years of international experience in implementation, commercial governance and project controls, she has led complex capital projects across Europe, the Americas, Asia and West Africa. Her background spans greenfield and brownfield EPC, including subsea developments and onshore/offshore execution.
Deborah also brings cross-industry expertise from tech-enabled logistics and e- commerce, where she led systems integration and scaled operations. Her disciplined, results-driven leadership builds high-performing teams, ensures quality and continuously raises stakeholder confidence. She drives Marfaq Solutions’ operating model, performance cadence and commitment to delivery excellence.
