Biography
Dr. Udochi Agusiegbe is the Director of ESG & Sustainability at Marfaq Solutions. An environmental scientist and sustainability analyst, she brings more than a decade of experience across the energy value chain, combining academic rigor with practical delivery. At Marfaq Solutions, Dr. Udochi leads the design and implementation of HSE management systems, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 programmes, emissions monitoring and reduction plans, and assurance-ready ESG reporting.
Her work embeds sustainability into strategy and day-to-day operations for public and private clients worldwide. She has helped organisations reduce environmental risk, strengthen compliance, and improve transparency through robust data, clear controls, and evidence-based decision making.
